Donald Trump has shared AI-generated images of Taylor Swift and her devoted fan base of “Swifties for Trump” T-shirts, suggesting the star has become a follower of the MAGA movement.
According to Vote.org, Swift’s popularity transcended the pop music world last September when an Instagram post prompted her 283 million followers to register to vote.
Despite his broad political influence — particularly resonating with Gen Z — the “Shake It Off” hit-maker has not officially endorsed any presidential candidate for the 2024 election cycle after endorsing President Joe Biden in 2020.
Trump, however, hopes that Biden’s departure from the Democratic ticket could sway Swift and her fan base of Swifties to vote Republican.
She shared a number of deep images, including a campaign-style poster of Swift dressed as Uncle Sam, pointing at the viewer and reading, “Taylor wants you to vote for Donald Trump.”
Another shows several AI-generated fans smiling and wearing “Swifties for Trump” T-shirts with the “satire” caption: “Swifties turn on Trump after ISIS crashes Taylor Swift concert.”
“I agree!” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday.
One of the images shared shows an actual Trump-Swift supporter. Jenna Pivovarczyk, 19, is a self-styled Swift supremacist and avid Trump supporter.
A photo of her wearing a white ‘Swifties for Trump’ t-shirt is going viral on X, with the teenager claiming to have met the former president wearing the top, to which she responded, “She’s so cool.”

An unofficial “Swifties for Trump” account on X has fewer than 4,000 followers, while an unofficial “Swifties 4 Kamala” account created in July has more than 60,000 followers.
Kamala Harris’ campaign reportedly contacted “Swifties for Kamala,” with the group’s co-founders telling CNN that the vice president’s group “reached out to us about how they could support our effort.”
Following Trump’s 2016 presidential victory, Swift referred to him as “absolutely blindsided” and vowed “we’ll vote for you” ahead of the 2020 election — which Biden later won.
Swift urged the public not to vote for Republican Marsha Blackburn, who ran for the Tennessee Senate in 2018, and branded her “Trump in a wig” in her Netflix documentary two years later. Miss Americana.
Trump’s reposting of the AI images represents an attempt to undermine Harris’ campaign before the Democratic National Convention begins Monday, with rumors swirling about the possibility that Swift — and Beyoncé — might perform on stage.
Trump released another AI-generated image on Sunday that showed Harris speaking to a crowd of communists with a giant banner emblazoned with the Soviet Union’s hammer and sickle in the background.
