Kells, who has been in the audience for all three nights of Swift’s London shows so far, took to the stage to cheer as Swift transitioned from “The Littlest Man Who Ever Lived” into the next song on the set list, “I Can Do It.” With a broken heart.”
At other Eras Tour performances, Swift’s backup dancers routinely carried her to the floor after the breakup anthem from “The Tortured Poets Department.”
This time, Kelce — wearing a top hat and tails like Swift’s other two backup dancers — took to a couch to prepare for the next song, each night dealing with heartbreak.

The skit only lasted a minute, but the Swifties were unsurprisingly happy. Videos and livestreams of Kells’ cameo were accompanied by loud screams from the audience.

On social media, fans flocked to different angles of Kelce’s cameo and speculated how it came about.
Some Mentioned Kelce wore what looked like a custom-made dress and red-period shoes, suggesting her surprise appearance was planned in advance.
One joked that Gells, who attended several Eras tour concerts as Swift’s boyfriend, was now dying to be a part of the show. (Swift attended several Chiefs games during the most recent NFL season, including the Super Bowl in Las Vegas after playing an Eras Tour show in Tokyo.)
Swift has referenced her relationship with Kelce at several Eras Tour shows in the past, most notably by swapping lyrics on her finale, “Karma.”
The lyrics went from “Karma is the boy on the screen / Coming straight home to me” to “Karma is the boy in the Chiefs / Coming straight home to me.”
During a London mission, she published a photo of herself, Kelsey and William, Prince of Wales, and their two children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George, prompting the Daily Mail to name it “All Royalty”.
