Rachel Lewis is haunted by Tom Sandoval, who has been hiding out in Los Angeles following news of the couple’s bombshell affair, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
In our exclusive photos, the 28-year-old “Vanderpump Rules” star donned an all-black ensemble that included a hoodie, baggy jeans, baseball cap and handbag for the first time on Wednesday afternoon.
“She was sober,” an eyewitness tells us.
Lewis’ black eye – allegedly caused by castmate and now ex-girlfriend Sheena Shay – was discovered when he was walking through a shopping center in LA and looked at his cell phone.
Levis has accused Shay, 37, of punching him in the face during a “heated confrontation” in New York City over his affair with Sandoval, 39.
Lewis shared shocking pictures of his injuries in court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.
Levis said Shay, 37, was hurt when she admitted to having a “months-long affair” with Sandoval while dating Shay’s best friend, Ariana Maddix.
Reps for Shay and Levi’s have not commented on the alleged physical altercation.
Sources say Levis has been spending time with loved ones from her North Hollywood home and has been ignoring text messages and phone calls from Sandoval, 39.
“Tom couldn’t keep track of Rahul for days,” says an insider. “He asked mutual acquaintances if they had heard from her, but no luck. He couldn’t get in touch with her.
“She’s been completely ignoring Tom,” says another source.
Reps for Levis and Sandoval did not respond to Page Six requests for comment on the couple’s lack of communication.
Sandoval and Levis saw each other on Saturday when they kissed on camera for a “VPR” scene filmed at the latter’s apartment, Page Six exclusively reported this week.

Despite being low-key, an insider noted that the pair’s relationship status is “complicated.”
Sandoval was spotted heading to Levi’s place for the night — a day after longtime girlfriend Ariana Maddix cheated on him with the former pageant queen.
A rep for the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras singer previously told Us that he left the building through a private entrance after the shoot.
A day earlier, Sandoval and Mattix, 37, sat down to discuss his infidelity for a scene filmed last Friday at the former partners’ home in Los Angeles’ Valley Village. (Both parties still live there while navigating their splits.)
Sources told us Maddicks felt “caselit” about Sandoval’s romance with Lewis last summer.
“He gave her many reasons why he didn’t cheat,” an insider said, adding, “He didn’t tell her about the affair with Lewis because he was worried about how it would affect her mental health.”
A source previously told Page Six that Maddicks was “heartbroken” and “blindsided” after learning of the affair after an apparently sexually explicit video sent by Levis surfaced on Sandoval’s phone.
The unfortunate discovery came on March 1, the same night Madix supported Sandoval at a concert for his cover band at the TomTom in West Hollywood.
Levis issued a public apology to Maddicks on Wednesday, blaming his indiscretions on an apparent addiction to “love.” Meanwhile, Sandoval — who dated Madix for nearly a decade — took five days to issue a meaningful apology, leaving fans feeling too little and too late.
Mattix, for his part, has yet to address the matter publicly.
However, her castmate and business partner Katie Maloney recently told fans that the blonde beauty was “overwhelmed” by the public’s support.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
