Pro athlete allegedly stopped Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from sexually assaulting man at party

A new lawsuit alleges that a drunk Sean “DD” Combs, a professional athlete, stopped a luxury car tycoon from sexually assaulting him at one of his parties.

The alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe,” court documents say the attack happened in 2022 during a launch party for Combs’ Ciroc vodka brand.

The Los Angeles-based man, who runs a luxury car and jewelry rental business, accused Combs of stripping down to his pants and exposing himself after inviting a guest into his private office during the event.

“The combs continued to approach, then grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals through her pants and squeezed them in a rough and sexual manner,” the lawsuit alleges.

“Plaintiff was shocked, disoriented, and momentarily froze and did not know how to respond to the strangely inappropriate sexual advances made by Combs.”

The attack only stopped when an unnamed sports star — identified in the suit only as “Professional Athlete A” — came into the office, interrupted, and filed charges.

The allegations were laid bare in the latest flurry of civil lawsuits against the music mogul, who fell in New York’s Southern District late Sunday.
