According to judicial sources, Bayesian’s captain is under investigation for manslaughter and shipwreck.
The official, who did not want to be named, confirmed Reuters Italian media reported on Monday that New Zealander James Cutfield, 51, was being questioned by Italian prosecutors after his superyacht sank off the coast of Sicily last Monday.
