… claims deaths avoided

Brandi Miller was trampled to death in the chaos following the rapper’s ill-fated Rochester gig earlier this month … and his sister, MichelleThe family plans to sue Chloe and Finesse2Times as well as advertisers and Main Street Armory.

Michelle says her family is in the process of retaining an attorney — they’ve spoken to several people since Brandi’s death was announced Monday, and intend to retain a top person … because the family “doesn’t plan on backing down.”

Finesse and Glorilla reportedly left the scene before the stampede. They’ve both expressed how devastated they are about the tragedy, and it doesn’t appear the artist is under criminal investigation at this time.
